Chakras belonging to the "heaven" realm represent the heavenly or divine plane.
The two chakras belonging to this realm is the Throat chakra and Forehead chakra.
 Throat Chakra
Throat center governs self-expression. It also structures bodily posture, language, facial play, and gestures. The dysfunction of the chakra results in demagogy and tyranny. The fifth chakra forms the "interface" to the outside world. It consists of two aspects namely:
Self-expression of my personality in unison with the universe (spiritual aspects).
Self-expression of wild, exaggerated Individuality isolated from the wholeness of life (Heavy Metal, demagogy, black magic).
The attitudes vibrating with this chakra reflects our internal world. Correspondingly, it also provides us with an environment that suits us in both the material as well as the social sense. After all, each inner attitude is truly expressed in the external posture and shape of the body. The motto of the throat chakra is "I express". Hitler is an excellent negative example of an individual with a highly powered throat chakra. With his staccato-like voice, cracking in demagogic cadences, he hypnotized millions of people and held them under his spell.
Obviously, if someone`s ability to love self and others is developed, it shows itself in free flow of expressions. Therefore, the harmonious development of the throat center is closely connected with the development of energy of heart chakra. Blockages in the throat chakra often result in physical symptoms such as hoarseness. This indication of tense muscles may also be a sign of fear of coming out of your shell. If some one believes he cannot express himself properly and appropriately, he will somehow curb his ability for self-expression. A sore throat may also be a symptom of fear.
The basic reason for inability of expression is concealed by tension existing in other regions of the body. All the tension in the human body ultimately expresses itself by the throat chakra. The tension is not caused by the throat chakra. The throat chakra only structures the expression of blockages existing in the other chakras. Blockages can be reliably diagnosed by means of the pitch, the existence of overtones and deep frequencies, flexibility of the voice, its force and endurance.
Furthermore, we can influence tension in the pelvic region and in the calves in particular via the throat chakra. Other symptoms of blockages in the throat center are disturbances in growth and development. The logic being that the throat chakra is closely connected with the growth-regulating thyroid gland. Reiki work on the throat center promotes harmonious physical, mental and spiritual growth in children. The solar plexus chakra polarity consisting of the tension between power drive and rejection of power; in the throat chakra it amounts to the overdeveloped or underdeveloped ability of exercising power over others.
In case of an under functioning of the throat chakra an individual is usually very nondescript or may even be regarded as retarded. He has difficulty communicating, (maybe stammers). He / she keeps getting his words muddled and has an aversion to any kind of extroverted behavior. In form of physical gesture, his head is bent down and his chin is inclined to the larynx. If there is hyperactivity, we find the typical "power seeker". The individual is often hoarse, and speaks with a piercing, shrill voice. His manner might develop into a little (or large) demagogue, debates for the sake of debate, likes dispute, wants to change the world according to his ideas and offers many well-conceived reasons for it. Physical gesture wise, the individual will tend to carry his head inclined upward with his nose "up in the air".
Forehead Chakra
 The forehead chakra (or the third eye) is the seat of our intuition. Intuition is often mistaken for feeling. The distinguishing factor is easy to establish. The response of great aversion, strong disgust or fear, absolute craving and compulsion; all these are feelings. The neutral ground remaining between is intuition. In order to seek intuition, first we have to learn to understand your feelings so that you can really distinguish between these two, as these are often mixed perceptions. It is but natural as intuition activates certain feelings in you.
It is named as third eye, because in this area behind the forehead there is a region of the brain, which is sensitive to light. People with a well-functioning forehead chakra will develop clairvoyance, see the aura etc. Every human has potential energetic powers in each of his chakras. The awakening of these chakras takes place harmoniously with his ability to accept reality as it is. Not to mention the capacity to live life full of love. Although, this kind of natural development is no absolute precondition for so-called "supernatural powers" it will definitely result in a fulfilled human being.
The Third Eye is meant to show humans their personal path through the "jungle" of life. One has to go through certain set of experience to gain wisdom and avoid mishaps. "Instincts" developed on the basis guides us further. The right and wrong steps are sometimes hard to distinguish, as everyone has to tackle his lessons in his or her very own unique manner. Other blockages of the forehead center result in symptoms such as aimlessness, a life of instability, alienation from work (passionless work just for the sake of paycheck). Hyperactivity causes fear of ghosts, apparitions, phantoms and so forth.
Since forehead also governs our rational cognitive faculty as a part of universal knowledge, headaches may occur in cases of too intense analytical efforts, as energetic over-charging of a part of this chakra causes it. Reiki energy radiation toward both feet or simultaneously on both sides of the head quickly restores the balance. Our visual faculty too is structured in the forehead center. Therefore, the color perception of the person, short or farsightedness gives the hints to diagnose the energy condition of his body. Dysfunctions of basically healthy and strong organs are also connected with the forehead center.
Some other typical blockage symptoms are permanent unemployment, constant relocation, continuously changing lovers, dressing according to the latest fashion trends, adoration of idols, fanaticism and similar attitudes. If there is an under function of the forehead chakra, individuals will tend to be a stereotypes personalities with passionless dull lives and no specific existence. In case there is chakra hyperactivity, the person may have psychic visions. He may have the ability to warn humanity of impending catastrophes, see spirits. In case of hyperactivity of the third eye in conjunction with a simultaneous blockage in the sexual center, the person is afraid of the unknown.
On the other hand, a harmonious functioning of the third Eye always causes some flow of energy from the root chakra as an indication you have found your path.
