Reiki Positions on the Back
Position 11:Reiki Positions on the Back Eleventh position works well with Minor chakras (responsibility), neck and shoulder muscles, triple heater, small intestine, large intestine, bladder and gall bladder meridian.
Technique: The hands are placed between the shoulders and the shoulder blades. This back position is especially useful in case of:
  • Headache

  • Tension in the shoulders and neck

  • Problems with responsibility (feels responsible for everything and everyone/always worried/never wants to shoulder responsibility)


  • Position 12: Position 12 is influential for Lung, heart, small intestine and bladder meridian.
    Technique: Hands are placed on the shoulder blades. The position is is particularly effective in case of:
  • Lung and heart diseases

  • Difficulty to admittance of feelings or totally at the mercy of one`s feelings.

  • Manic depression.


  • Position 13:Reiki Positions on the Back The position works on Adrenal glands and kidneys.
    Technique: The hands are placed on the lower ribs above the kidney. This position is useful in:
  • Stress

  • Every type of problem in partnerships and relationships

  • Kidney diseases

  • Allergies

  • Shock (this position is very important to prevent kidney failure after a shock!);

  • Detoxification

  • Cleansing therapies

  • Sexual problems

  • Fear of physical closeness

  • Fear of heights and falling

  • Difficulty in sharing feelings.


  • Position 14:Reiki Positions on the Back The position works on First chakra, intestines, urogenital system and sciatica.
    Technique: One hand is placed across the sacral plate (bone plate above the fold of the buttocks). The other hand is placed vertically below (with a little more Pressure). The position is beneficial in case of:
  • Strengthening

  • Haemorrhoids (only symptomatic effect!)

  • Digestive trouble

  • Fissures and enteritis

  • Sciatic complaints

  • Diseases of the "genital system."


  • Position 15: The position works well with Minor chakras in terms of flexible adjustment to all situations of life: capacity for learning; criticism. It also effects knee joint, meniscus, kneecap, and bursa. The position is beneficial in case of :
  • Joint damage.

  • Sports injuries

  • Blockages affecting the flow of energy from the feet to the root chakra.


  • Position 16:Reiki Positions on the Back The position is specifically applicable for Joints and reflex zones for the pelvic organs.
    Technique:
    The hands are placed around the ankles. The benefits of the position include:
  • Joint damage

  • Blockages impairing the flow of energy to the root chakra

  • Diseases in the entire pelvic region.


  • Position 17:The position is good for treating all reflex zones for all organs, stomach, liver, kidney and gall bladder meridian.
    Technique:
