Position 6: This position is meant for direct influence on Liver and gall bladder.
Technique: One hand is placed on the lowest ribs on the right side, the other hand directly below. The position is especially useful in case of:
Diseases of liver and gall bladder.
Digestive trouble
Hemorrhoids.
Excessive and repressed aggressions.
High blood pressure.
Metabolic malfunction
Detoxification.
Position 7: This position is exact mirror image of position six. It works on parts of the pancreas, spleen and bowels.
Technique: Place the hands on the left lower ribs and directly below it. The position is especially useful in case of:
Diabetes
Diseases of pancreas and spleen
Disposition for infections (tendency to inflammation)
Formation of blood (red corpuscles)
Indigestion.
Position 8: This position is influential for Solar plexus, stomach, and third chakra, digestive organs.
Technique: One hand is placed above the navel, the other below it. It is especially useful in case of:
Anxiety
Inner harmony
Gastro-intestinal disease
Nausea
Heartburn
Bloated feeling
Promotes digestion
Hemorrhoids
Increasing vitality
Pride and feeling of inferiority
Metabolic diseases
Depression.
Position 9: This trunk position directly effects Thymus, heart, lungs and fourth chakra.
Technique: One hand is placed across the thymus, the other hand at a right angle below and between the breasts (with both hands together forming a "T")
Benefits of the position:
Strengthening of the immune system.
Heart trouble.
Lymphatic system.
Deafness.
Excessive emotion or lack of emotion.
Lung disease
General weakness
Depression.
Position 10: Position provides energy to Urogenital organs, intestines, appendix. It also balances first and second chakras.
Technique: The balls of the thumb should be each placed on the ridges of the pelvic bones, the tips of the hands close to each other at the pubic bone, forming a "V". The position is useful in case of:
Diseases of the urogenital system
Breast tumors
Climacteric complaints
Digestive trouble
Fear of physical closeness
Allergies (acts as main position)
General weakness
Convalescence
Sexual problems
Weight problems
Anorexia
Circulation
Strengthening the immune system
Lack of will to live and of joy of life.
