 This technique is used to charge inanimate objects with Reiki. It is said that a reiki treatment can even lend wings to a stone.
Technique
Sit down comfortably and take a few deep breaths.
Enclose the object to be treated in your hands.
Now let the energy flow for at least five minutes. As to the length of the treatment is concerned, consider the sensation of a tingling, magnet-ic feeling or an unusual amount of heat or cold in your hands. Treat the object until this feeling disappears.
In case you have mastered the 2nd Reiki Degree, you can now let the symbols flow. Use them in the following ways:
Use the distance-treatment symbol to establish contact with an object.
To strengthen the object, use the power symbol.
Use the mental-healing sym-bol to establish harmony in its energy.
If the object to be treated does not fit into your hands or if it is too large for this or is located at another place, use the tech-niques of the distant healing treatment with the 2nd Reiki Degree. The approximate time taken for the treatment is 5 to 15 minutes.
Limitation:
Avoid touching any type of radioactive material. Also, A shattered teacup will not be repaired with Reiki. However, The tea that we drink from any cup will taste better after charging the cup with Reiki. If the cup has but a crack it is possible to prolong its life. But the point to remember is that even though the shelf life will increase, a teacup is not immortal.
Everything in the world consists of some or the other type of energy. Peo-ple, animals and plants are the most receptive, but other things such as cars, computers and batteries can often be treat-ed or charged as successfully. Even mundane things like two glasses stuck inside each other can be treated with Reiki so that you can separate them.
